What methods of payment are accepted?

Our online booking accepts all credit cards except Diner's Club.
For payments by bank transfer, cheque or Chèques Vacances, contact us.

I can't access the payment page after booking my course.

The security level of your browser must be very high. Use the "Preferences" menu to lower it. It is also possible that your network uses a "Firewall", which must be deactivated for the duration of the reservation.

The age of the student does not correspond to the chosen course?

We calculate the number of months between the date of birth and the date of the course to check whether the course corresponds to your child's age. The age taken into account is the child's age on the first day of the course and not the day of your order: this is why this message may seem inconsistent, but there is no error.
Do not hesitate to choose another lesson for your child that corresponds to his or her age at the beginning of the ski holidays.

There is no course available for the start date of my stay, what can I do?

There may be other possibilities for other days of the week. Try entering Saturday as the start date of your stay to check that there are no other possibilities.

What insurance should I take out for winter sports? 

esf does not insure its students, we recommend that you opt for the "Carré Neige" which is a specific insurance that covers you in case of accident or illness.
